Refund & Cancellation Policy

01Nature of the service

Sanchari issues a digital boarding pass for a specific bus journey on IIT Hyderabad Transport Department services in exchange for a fixed transport service fee. There is no physical product — nothing is shipped, and there are no returns.

02Cancellations

A boarding pass is issued immediately on successful payment and is valid only for the selected departure and boarding window shown. Once issued, it cannot be cancelled or rescheduled by the holder.

03When a refund is due

The transport service fee is non-refundable once a pass is issued, except in these cases, where you are entitled to a full refund:

• The scheduled trip is cancelled by the operator.
• A valid pass fails to work due to a fault of this service or the operator.
• You were charged more than once for the same journey.
• A payment was deducted but no pass was issued.

04How to request a refund

Email office.transport@iith.ac.in with your booking reference, payment reference and journey date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

05Fares & schedules

Fares, timings, and routes shown in the app reflect the best available information from operators and are subject to change without notice.
